Return/Exchange Form

If for some reason our product did not meet your expectations, please complete the online Return/Exchange form. Only forms that are fully complete will be reviewed. Once your form is complete and submitted, it will be reviewed and you will be contacted for further information, if needed, and emailed a return shipping label, if applicable, by Customer Service (customer@thewhenlife.com).

All returns are processed with 48 hours of receiving your online Return/Exchange form.
