The Easiest Lemon Icebox Pie
The Fixings:
2 - 14oz cans of sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup of lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
1 - graham cracker crust
Directions:
Combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice and mix very well. Mixing is going to be the key here!
Pour into ready made graham cracker crust and refrigerate until firm.
I usually top this with homemade whipped cream.
This is a summer favorite in our family. It's cool, refreshing, and tastes so good with coffee. And of course it's one of my favorites :)
